Linen Processing

HESI provides hygienically clean textiles using a continuous batch Tunnel Washer which heats the water to just over 160 degrees. We are proud to use ECOLAB products to wash our linens. Their trained staff visit our plant monthly to ensure that the chemical injection process is working well.  The benefits of using their products are that they help us extend the longevity of our linens, create bright whites, and balance the pH in our wash cycle to reduce skin irritations.  HESI uses hydrogen peroxide within the cleaning process.  Hydrogen peroxide has no strong smell and prevents the linen from becoming ragged.

There is no need to track inventory because HESI uses standardized linen for all its customers, customers place their orders through an online ordering software program, HESI fills the order based on those numbers and delivers linens the next day.
